CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows, and any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please note that any deposits received will be applied toward your hair appointment. However, if you fail to show up within 30 minutes of your scheduled time or do not contact me to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be nonrefundable.
